Go Dog Go is located in the Shaw’s Shopping Center at 4 Scammon Street in Saco, Maine. We’re located two doors down from the pet store.
INTRO TO AGILITY: This is now taught as private lessons until a dog is ready to move into an Intermediate class. All students must take a basic manners (Like Being A Good Dog 101) prior to enrollment. Private lessons are taught one Saturday a month – and sometimes on weeknights.

Rally Obedience and Agility are $230 for six weeks
Rally Obedience (3 PM Mondays, 7:05 PM Wednesdays, 11 AM Fridays, and 2:15 PM Sundays): Rally Obedience is a fun sport which focuses on the connection between the dog and handler while they maneuver a course with obedience skills. The rally classes at Go Dog Go are mixed levels with some novice teams and some advanced teams.
Intermediate Agility (5 PM Tuesdays, 6 PM Tuesdays and 12:30 PM Fridays): This agility class is intended for dogs that have recently finished the Intro to Agility class. Sequencing skills along with additional handler skills will be taught. Dogs begin to work off leash in this class.
Advanced/Competition Agility (7 PM Tuesdays, 5 & 6 PM Wednesdays, 3:45 PM & 4:45 PM Sundays): These agility classes are for students that have gone through the Intermediate Agility class. Classes are mixed with some teams already competing. Teams don’t have to compete. Many students come to weekly classes simply to have fun and continue building their confidence (and their dogs!).
STAR Puppy and Family Manners: Classes are $230 for six weeks
STAR Puppy (5 PM Mondays and 10:15 AM Saturdays): A 6 week class that will cover topics such as house training, crate training, introductions to the concept of recall, loose leash walking, waits, and stays, as well as lessons on what is and what is not appropriate socialization. This class aims to get you the building blocks for a wonderful life together. Class is open to dogs between 8 weeks and 8 months with age appropriate vaccinations.
Family Manners (6:15 PM Mondays): A 6 week class for Puppy Kindergarten Graduates or non reactive dogs older than 5 months of age that are fully vaccinated. This class will work on skills such as loose leash walking, waits, stays, Leave It, Coming When Called, and will help you keep your dog focused on you around other dogs and people.
CGC/Therapy Dog Prep: This class builds off of skills learned in Being a Good Dog 101 and prepares you and your dog with the skills you need to pass the AKC Canine Good Citizen test. We recommend that dogs take Family Manners prior to taking this class. The class will test for the AKC Canine Good Citizen title on the last week of classes.
